Cancellation Policy
Evolve Skin Care has a strict 24 Hour cancellation policy.
In the event of a late cancellation/no show, a fee will be charged to your card on file.
If your service is $50 or less, the fee charged is the amount of the service. Services more than $50 will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. If multiple services were scheduled, multiple fees will be charged. If we are able to replace your appointment with a client on our wait list we are happy to waive fee.
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the Spa’s scheduling policies.
A credit card is required to secure all reservations. If you run late for your service, the full service amount will be applied and we will complete the service as smoothly as possible.
